What is the purpose of the jsr-314-public forum (http://wiki.jcp.org/boards/index.php?b=jsr-314-public) that you can reach off the JSR 314 site on the Wiki?

Also, is there a way of viewing the archives of jsr-314-comments_at_jcp.org so that you don't get the same comments multiple times?
