I would recommend getting a nightly or promoted build.
How are you deploying? From NetBeans? Hudson?
There are times I either copy my war to glassfishv3/glassfish/domains/domain1/autodeploy or use the admin
http://localhost:4848.
How is your webapp organized and built? Depending on ejb's jpa, web modules? Are you copying extra jars into your webapp/WEB-INF/lib folder that shouldn't go there?
