They're just renamed Apache commons projects, actually pretty out of date.
Why renamed? Because we didn't want you to use them, and because we
didn't want to interfere with you using the real, up to date versions.
These packages previously were used in GlassFish v2, but their use now
is no longer in the runtime - just in the build process for Mojarra.
(And we're probably going to remove them once we have a free moment.)
