I'm using GF 4.1.1 and haven't experienced this problem.
Can you provide the entire stack trace from domains/domain1/logs/server.log?
Can you reproduce the problem if you first create a new domain (asadmin
create-domain jdbctest) and then start that one (asadmin start-domain
jdbctest)?
