Why doesn't the GuiceManagedInstanceResolver get used? I can easily hit
breakpoints in the GuiceManagedFeature, but not
the GuiceManagedInstanceResolver. Is
com.sun.xml.ws.api.server.InstanceResolverAnnotation ignored now? What was
it replaced with?
