Ok, i found the answer. In the admin console where you define the hosts for
the virtual server, it only works it you define it in order where the host
name with www comes first and then the host name without the www comes next.
For example it would be: www.mydomain.com,mydomain.com Also make sure there
is no space after the comma separating the domain names. Once you have made
this change to the virtual server, stop the domain and start it back up. It
takes a second for the changes to register. The first time you try out
www.mydomain.com it seems to still serve the incorrect application but all
subsequent requests resolve correctly. Thanks :)
