Hi Tim, thanks for your help. I looked into our Glassfish console and we
actually have GlassFish Server Open Source Edition 3.1.2.2 (build 5). Not
sure why the logs show "glassfish3.1.2" Is there anything else you can help
me out with here? This issue is present in all our environments.
