document will describe how to start the GlassFish server and then deploy and
run an application. If you want guidance on what is new in Java Enterprise
Edition 6, you can look at the samples in D:\Java\glassfish\samples\javaee6
directory. If you would like an overview of Java Enterprise Edition, you can
start with the tutorial at
D:\Java\glassfish\docs\javaee-tutorial\doc\index.html
