Mihael,
How have you deployed the bundle? What startlevel is it set to? Is it
easily reproducible?
First thing I would recommend is to upgrade to 3.1.2.2 which is the last
known stable release. See if the issue is still occurring. Then we can
try to diagnose what's going on. We may have to involve the Jersey and
CDI folks, but let's first get to 3.1.2.2 first.
