By instance are you speaking loosely, or do you mean a GlassFish
instance as defined here

Or, to ask it another way: suppose you have three environments (QA,
UAT and production). Suppose further there are three instances of
GlassFish running—one for QA, one for UAT and one for production. How
many GlassFish domains
