Hi Sahoo:

I found the issue that wsimport command will throw NullPointerException when
no definition of the namespace in WSDL file

Reappear Step
1. Download the WSDL file I have uploaded
2. excute the command like "wsimport D:\AddNumbers.wsdl"
3. the command throw the NullPointerException .


I have open a trac:

I wonder if you can have a look at the trac to deal with it.
