The issue with starting GF was a misunderstanding on my behalf when this
issue was reported to me by the team that the discovered the problem, sorry
for that.
The behavior is exactly as I stated earlier and what you can find in the
logs.
GF can be restarted but the application cannot be redeployed until all the
entire app. deploy directory has been removed.
I did as you asked and deplyed/undeployed the web app, got the stale files.
Though I can't find anything left in the domain.xml.
I'll attach the domain.xml anyways since u asked for it
