 LIBRA.EXE is my code.  It has been working on Windows xP, and Windows 7 32
and 64 bit with MQ 4.4 for a long time.  

This code is in production at 20 customer sites without issue.  

For some reason it is failing in the Citrix XEN Windows 7 environment.  

BTW, Firefox 9.01 fails to run in this environment, so there are some strange
things going on.
