Hi I managed a quick fix for the problem by deleting a security entry in the
domain.xml file. It seems the persistence unit was getting blocked. There
is a bug in 3.1.1 where the admin console doesn't recognise the default
username and password. I informed here by another user that its being
flagged for a fix. Thanks anyway.
