Hi thanks for the reply. I have provided answers to the questions above
except the log file question. I removed glassfish 3.1.1 and reverted to
3.0.1 which works fine it seems! I was able to log in first time without a
username/password and set the password myself. I also set up a second user
account just in case. Sorry I couldn't answer the log question because I
removed 3.1.1 before I got to your reply!
