Hello Anissa,

some good news!  b16 became available, so I tried that, and have found that
this version does indeed allow me to access the admin console when using jdk
1.7u2.

So that's a definite improvement.

I opened a separate ticket regarding error messages that I'm seeing post
addition of resource definitions (eg: jdbc pool and jdbc resource) as
