Hi,
when I download and install the exe version, during the installation process, it gives you a chance to change the admin username and password, and also a chance to change the port numbers including for the admin console. Usually, when I do it like that it works for me.
You have to also make sure each installation has its own port numbers. Otherwise, you may ran into port numbers conflict problems. Which from my experience not very easy to resolve. Also, pls, make note of any changes you make to the username, password and port number, for future reference.
