When GlassFish Server adopted OSGi standards and became modular and
expandable, the domain.xml file no longer had a DTD file that specified
exactly how it could be constructed, so documenting the schema in a book
became impractical. The goal was to make the schema self-documenting,
which the generate-domain-schema command does to a degree.
