After Joe mentioned repositories I decided to do some poking around to see
if I can find the missing repository. I opened up the Update Tool and found
that release.javaeesdk.oracle.com was disabled. I edited the properties to
enable and lo and behold there is the tutorial add-on. This step woulb be
great if it could've made it in the tutorial.
