You can use tools that listen to the HTTP port such as wireshark

Subject: Is there a way to dump the message body?

My REST interface takes XML input in the message body.  By the time it gets
to my class the XML has already been parsed and turned into Java objects.
Is there a way to dump the message body to standard out or a trace log?
At times seeing the raw XML would help with debugging my application.

I'm new to REST / Jersey, but it looks cool so far!
