yes that worked, no more incomplete deployments and no file transfer problem
so for everyone who facing this combination of problems, I am using still IDE
6.9.1 because of the netbeans bug,(that might be fixed with update 7.0.1)
and I added a 3.1 Glasfish Server into the IDE running my Application upon.
...stuff seems all pretty buggy to me,
