Have you tried both 3.1 and 3.1.1 promoted build ? If not, can you try
both.
How do you access the console ? Do you use localhost or the hostname or IP
address ? Can you try accessing that in different way to see if it makes
any difference ?
I will put in more logging at FINEST level in 3.1.1 , maybe you can take the
3.1.1 daily build to see if it gives more info for us to trace this down.
