I think I found, I have to test it, but it seems that the correct
InitialFactory is not setted in the code, the rmi factory:
env.put("java.naming.factory.initial", "com.sun.jndi.rmi.registry.RegistryContextFactory");
Glassfish is not using this factory by default.
I will back to confirm as soon as I have tested it.
