Can someone be able to comment/explain the possible reasons for the

As I said earlier my brokers did seem to function even with this error, but
today I've had issues starting up instances with this WARNING present (might
be related or might be not). Would be of great help if someone could assist
on understanding this exception/warning better. Thanks!!
