Problem solved!!! The problem was that the instalation of JDk 1.6.0_22
doesn't create a softlink to keytool in /usr/bin. So glassfish couldn't find
the keytool and created a keystore and a cacert without the
glassfish-instance alias. Thanks for your help and time inverted in my
problem.
