Yes, thank you all for your support.
As stated the problem was that I named my resources with the (internal)
suffixes __pm/__nontx, so I somehow tricked GlassFish to think that I have
the correct resources, but then deep in the code he couldn't find them.
I just wanted to thank everyone here for the support, great community!
I still have an OT-question though, can I download the GlassFish code
directly without having to use svn? I just want to be able to debug if
something similar hapens in the future.
