1) Could you post the resource and pool configuration for the resources
"qDB" and "qDBNonJta" ?

2) You can set FINEST logging and post the server.log which might give some
clues :

To set FINEST logging :

asadmin set-log-levels javax.enterprise.resource.resourceadapter=FINEST
