I'm trying to enable custom monitoring on a JCA Resource Adapter. The only
option seems to be to create an OSGI module for the connector so that
glassfish picks up the annotations, the other suggestions of injecting a
ProbeProviderFactory don't seem to be valid for a JCA app as it doesn't seem
to support injection.
