EJB 2.x-style home interface, remote component interface, local home
interface, local component interface are not required in EJB 3.1 lite.
However, some appservers may choose to support it in their implementation of
EJB 3.1 lite. But I haven't seen any such implementations.
EJB 3 local business interface and no-interface view are required in EJB 3.1
lite, and must be supported by any compliant implementations.
