I think he is saying he is trying to access Admin console on DAS but from the system other than the one DAS is running on (hence, remotely)...

Are you saying you trying to access the admin console of the remote
instance ?
If thats the case, that may explain it.
We only support accessing Admin console of the DAS, not any remote instance.
