I am in the similar situation.
http://glassfishhost:8080 works fine and
http://glassfishhost:4848 brings blank page. After changing the default
password, the admin url brought login/username page; I typed username and
password and clicked Login, but it is not taking me anywhere. I confirmed
server is working fine with the help of command line asadmin utility. I am
not sure how to tackle this problem.
