  glassfish v2's installer file had been package into one jar file, You can get it fromhttp://glassfish.java.net/downloads/v2.1.1-final.html. aslo this page contains the instruction for installing.

BTW,all glassfish's installer file can be navigated fromhttp://glassfish.java.net/public/downloadsindex.html#top.
