Well, this would mean that jersey-multipart.jar is in place under glassfish/modules directory but runtime can't resolve its content. Did you ever install any additional components from UC or just run updates?

Looks like jersey-multipart.jar content is missing, or cannot be found, which is pretty bizzare - could you run 'pkg fix jersey' command from top level bin directory and see if that resolves the issue? Disregard messages about file ownership, those are ugly but expected...

I just run update from b24 to the latest available update set and I can access Admin console. Did you remove the content of domain's osgi-cache directory and restart the server after updating?
If you still see the issue could you post the actual exceptions?
