have followed that will be helpful to reproduce the issue ?
* I tried a simple application, but did not see the issue. My only guess
is, somehow the application has not started successfully that is
resulting in this NPE (NullPointerException).
* If possible, please share the complete server.log of the instance
where the NPE is seen.
You can raise an issue with subcategory as "jca".
