If you are using GlassFish embedded API, try adding these jars to the
classpath:
modules/endorsed/jaxb-api-osgi.jar
modules/endorsed/webservices-api-osgi.jar
modules/endorsed/javax.annotation.jar
If you are using EJB embedded API (createEJBContainer), see notes for
https://glassfish.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=12202 with the
description of what I was able to successfuly test.
