This setting in my domain.xml doesn't work:

property name="send-error_1" value="path=../docroot/500.html
reason=Internal_error  this code=500"/>

Yet this does work:

property name="send-error_1" value="path=../docroot/404.html
reason=Internal_error  this code=404"/>

Any ideas?
