Hi,
I am able unable to connect to SQL server 2005 from glassfish 3.0.1. I get the error :
Ping failed Exception - Connection could not be allocated because: The TCP/IP connection to the host 200.200.200.39, port 1433 has failed. Error: "Malformed reply from SOCKS server. Verify the connection properties, check that an instance of SQL Server is running on the host and accepting TCP/IP connections at the port, and that no firewall is blocking TCP connections to the port.". Please check the server.log for more details.
But i'm able to connect using the Sun app server and get results.
Please help.
