As Richard said, there is currently no way to disable them by simple configuration. Pl. file an RFE if you want. It is already on our TODO list.
If you don't like the felix shell or gogo shell, just ignore it. The equinox shell will still be available and by default it is configured to listen on 6667. You can change it by editing glassfish/osgi/equinox/configuration/config.ini file.
Having said that, gogo shell is an extremely powerful shell. You can start with [1] and then go through some more advanced material if you like it.
