It's correct, actually. The NetBeans project (and the WAR) is
phoenix-dashboard-prime, and the context in that file is set
to /dashboard. But when I click the Launch button in GF admin console,
it goes to /phoenix-dashboard-prime, and pointing to /dashboard in a
browser gives a 404.
