Hi,
OpenAM itself is not compatible with GlassFish v3, which means there are
some functionality (like beta console or web-service-related stuff) that
will not work with it.
A GlassFish v3 compatible agent is on it's way, it only needs commit
now, and hopefully it will be available around next week on the
ForgeRock downloads page. Note, that the current downloadable agent is
not fully compatible with GFv3.
p.s: also make sure, that you don't install OpenAM and the agent on the
same GlassFish domain
