Just a guess: By default, the admin listener listens on every ip or
just 127.0.0.1 if you configure it that way.
If you reconfigure it to listen only on a specific ip, you would have to tell
asadmin that.
I don't know the exact parameters, but basically it should be something like
asadmin --host 1.2.3.4 list-domains
