  FYI : To avoid confusion with serverbeans.Cluster and to bring the
name of the annotation more closer to what its role is, @Cluster
annotation (used by remote commands to specify command replication
details) has been renamed as @ExecuteOn. I have implemented the change
and changed all files in 3.1 trunk to reflect the change. The build and
QL seem OK. Let me know if you see any issues because of this change.
