After pulling down the Glassfish source base, it looks like CompositeEnumeration is not in it. From messing around in the jar files, it looks like it might be part of the HK2 project.
If anyone knows where the HK2 project's source code is, I'd be grateful, as it doesn't readily show up in a Google search.
