we have 4 fronend application server, all produce the same error as below when we try to stop n restart app.
jesuser_at_bhppws12 # stopapp
Subprocess timed out after 600000mS
CLI157 Could not stop the domain cmps.
jesuser_at_bhppws12 # startapp
Starting Domain cmps, please wait.
Log redirected to /var/opt/SUNWappserver/domains/cmps/logs/server.log.
The domain (cmps) is already running.
CLI156 Could not start the domain cmps.
