I'm using GlassFish 2.1.1 on Windows Server 2003 SP2 with Sun JDK 1.6.0_17.
I'm not sure how it happens. Perhaps it happens, if I has registered an context and a handler on this context and than I deregister the handler and send a notifiy for this context. (there is no chance to remove the context, too :-/ )
I'll try to build a test case, but I'm not sure, if I know the real causing situation.
