I tried changing the timeout to 5 seconds. Nothing changed.
BTW I have looked at the wireshark documentation. There is no way to capture localhost or 127.0.0.1 on vista. On other operating systems, there are some loop back adapters.
I am struggling with this issue past one week. Any help is much appreciated.
