There are recommendations all over the lazywebs on how to start Glassfish as a Windows service. All of them are different. Those that apparently work refer to a program called appserv.exe, which is not present in the .zip distribution (which is what I have).
What's the best way these days to set up a Glassfish 3.0.1 build as a Windows service?
