Hi,
If you want to install glassfish v3 from the zip file, do the following.
1. unzip the file
2. `cd glassfishv3/glassfish`
3. `bin/asadmin start-domain`
You will probably need to make sure nothing is running on ports 8080, 4848, 7676 and the like.
You do not need to do anything with ant to install GlassFish Server 3... The pages that you are looking at were probably written to help folks install and use GlassFish Server 2.x...
