Most of the rewrite rules you can simply map with
http://tuckey.org/urlrewrite/ or
http://ocpsoft.com/prettyfaces/ (preferred)
Please test your php app a lot when trying out quercus, before going life
with it.
quercus is brilliant, but still has some flaws here and there, so test your
app with it and report bugs to them. the latest version is 4.0.6, you have
to modify the url on their download page to get it.
