Thanks for this info ! - with it i could find the solution:
In the config/domain.xml, you must delete the line
"<jvm-options>-Djavax.net.ssl.trustStore=${com.sun.aas.instanceRoot}/config/cacerts.jks</jvm-options>
"
On the next start, GlassFish looks for the default cacerts in JRE6-20 - and all works fine.
